Cancellation & Refund Policy
We understand that plans can change, and we’ll do our best to work with you. Please review the following guidelines before booking your lesson:
Lessons take place in all weather and snow conditions, so we’re unable to offer refunds due to weather, snow, or road conditions.
We’re also unable to provide refunds for illness, deciding not to participate, or leaving a lesson early.
If you don’t show up for your reservation (including same-day cancellations or once a lesson has started), the full lesson price will be charged.
You can cancel or change your reservation without penalty up to 48 hours in advance.
Same-day changes and cancellations are treated as no-shows and will be charged in full.
In the rare case of a resort-wide closure, we’ll review and adjust our policy as needed.
Changes & Rescheduling
You’re welcome to make changes or reschedule your lesson 48+ hours in advance with no fees.
We’re not able to reschedule lessons on the same day.
Any changes made within 48 hours of the lesson time will be charged the full lesson price.

Cancellations must be received by 4:00 pm on the business day before your lesson. Anything received after 4:00 pm will be recorded at 8:00 am the next day. So that you know, cancellations are tracked by business day rather than by the lesson start time.
