Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we’ll do our best to work with you. Please review the following guidelines before booking your lesson:

  • Lessons take place in all weather and snow conditions, so we’re unable to offer refunds due to weather, snow, or road conditions.

  • We’re also unable to provide refunds for illness, deciding not to participate, or leaving a lesson early.

  • If you don’t show up for your reservation (including same-day cancellations or once a lesson has started), the full lesson price will be charged.

  • You can cancel or change your reservation without penalty up to 48 hours in advance.

  • Same-day changes and cancellations are treated as no-shows and will be charged in full.

  • In the rare case of a resort-wide closure, we’ll review and adjust our policy as needed.

Changes & Rescheduling

  • You’re welcome to make changes or reschedule your lesson 48+ hours in advance with no fees.

  • We’re not able to reschedule lessons on the same day.

  • Any changes made within 48 hours of the lesson time will be charged the full lesson price.

How to Cancel or Change a Reservation

Please get in touch with the Ski School Office to make any changes:

Cancellations must be received by 4:00 pm on the business day before your lesson. Anything received after 4:00 pm will be recorded at 8:00 am the next day. So that you know, cancellations are tracked by business day rather than by the lesson start time.
