The Rustic Cottages welcomes you to a warm, clean, and friendly stay, nestled among two acres of pine trees in Tahoe Vista, California. We offer nineteen unique cottages, each with its own private bathroom. Initially, the sawmill and labor camp of the Brockway Lumber Company, developers, converted the property to vacation cottages in 1925. Our cottages all have their own charm and modern conveniences. We have a central location on the North Shore of Lake Tahoe, just across the street from the lake and a stone’s throw away from a sandy beach and the water’s edge.
