Please
consider weather and operational conditions before purchasing
lift tickets, lessons, and rental equipment.
Donner Ski Ranch offers
rain checks for COMPLETE operational shut-down only.
Lost lift tickets,
rental forms, package tickets, and coupons and vouchers
will not be replaced.
Donner Ski Ranch is
unable to give cash or credit refunds. We do not offer refunds
for injury, illness, early departure, poor weather conditions,
or lift closure. Please see the ticket office for any issues
you may have with the products you have purchased.
You must be 18 or
over, or have a parent/guardian present to rent equipment.
Valid Drivers’ License and credit card are required.
Multi-day rentals
are non-changeable and non-refundable. Please consider weather
and your planned departure before purchasing multi-day rental
equipment.
We cannot mix-and-match
your personal ski equipment with our rental fleet. We offer
skis, boots and poles as a complete package only. We will
not set our skis with your ski boots, and cannot rent our
boots only to be set in your personal skis.
Donner Ski Ranch is
not responsible for lost of stolen items. Day lockers are
available for storage of your valuables.
Please be mindful
of your equipment, both personal and/or rented from Donner
Ski Ranch. Read your rental agreement so that you know your
responsibility. Know your rental equipment number, and keep
equipment with you at all times.
Donner Ski Ranch is
not responsible for lost or stolen equipment.

Always stay in
control, and be able to stop or avoid other people or
objects.

People ahead
of you have the right of way. It is your responsibility
to avoid them.

You must not
stop where you obstruct a trail, or are not visible
from above.

Whenever starting
downhill or merging into a trail, look uphill and yield
to others.

Always use devices
to help prevent runaway equipment.

Observe all posted
signs and warnings. Keep off closed trails and out of
closed areas.

Prior to using
any lift, you must have the knowledge and ability to
load, ride and unload safely.
Any failure to ski responsibly,
and to use good judgment and common sense, can result in
the revocation of skiing privileges. |
