Donner Ski Ranch offers rain checks for COMPLETE operational shut-down only. Lost lift tickets, rental forms, package tickets, and coupons and vouchers will not be replaced. Donner Ski Ranch is unable to give cash or credit refunds. We do not offer refunds for injury, illness, early departure, poor weather conditions, or lift closure. Please see the ticket office for any issues you may have with the products you have purchased. You must be 18 or over, or have a parent/guardian present to rent equipment. Valid Drivers’ License and credit card are required. Multi-day rentals are non-changeable and non-refundable. Please consider weather and your planned departure before purchasing multi-day rental equipment. We cannot mix-and-match your personal ski equipment with our rental fleet. We offer skis, boots and poles as a complete package only. We will not set our skis with your ski boots, and cannot rent our boots only to be set in your personal skis. Donner Ski Ranch is not responsible for lost of stolen items. Day lockers are available for storage of your valuables. Please be mindful of your equipment, both personal and/or rented from Donner Ski Ranch. Read your rental agreement so that you know your responsibility. Any failure to ski responsibly, and to use good judgment and common sense, can result in the revocation of skiing privileges. |
